Your body may have different needs on any given day. In Yoga Therapy, adjustments can be made in whether to use movement, breathwork or meditation to fill those needs. One does not have to be skilled in yoga to have Yoga Therapy. We start from wherever you are and go from there. Give it a try and you will see.
