Ask your heart how it is today. Listen.
Ask if your heart has something to say to you. Listen. Say: I love you. I hear you. ❤️ Sometimes we think that finding our inner voice is hard, but it’s not. It just takes practice. It can help to imagine putting headphones on that are directly attuned to our unique inner voice channels.
Turn the switch on and dial the volume up or down depending on needs. Be open to the insight. Experiment, observe, and you will see. Yoga Therapy can help. ❤️ Tune in, adjust until you hone in on the exact frequency of your inner voice, your wisdom, your insight. Life will change for you as you listen and take action. Yoga Therapy can help.
Sometimes the road of life becomes confusing and you question which road to take? Try this simple formula: 1. Take a few steps onto one of the roads. 2. Listen to your inner voice and feel if it is the right road for you. 3. If not, change roads and repeat the process. Action and listening will make the difference. Learning to listen to your inner voice can take practice. Yoga Therapy can help. Make room in your life for discoveries. Look within. Be open. Listen. Let your newfound insight guide you. Make it part of your life. ❤️
When life becomes challenging, take one small step towards being kind to yourself. Say-"I’m amazing! I’m wonderful! I’m unique!" Smile at yourself. Do your best in whatever form that takes. It is enough. Breathe in deeply the beauty that is within you. Then repeat. ❤️
It is easy to forget how brave, how strong and smart you are. Life has a way of squashing these qualities. Resist because you are braver than you believe. You are stronger than you seem. You are smarter than you think!
