YogaTherapy is a process that empowers individuals to create balanced health. The intent is to tap into the body's wisdom and make positive life changes. Yoga Therapy utilizes various forms of movement, breathwork and meditation. Sessions involve co-creating plans for each individual's specific needs and implementing them.
I offer Yoga Therapy to individuals within a nurturing, safe space; where they feel listened to and validated. The process begins with the connections of the mind and body in relationship to stress, anxiety, trauma and pain. By your side, we co-create a plan that is unique to your circumstances. You will find solutions that will help you become more confident and informed, creating healthy habits to enjoy more of life.
All 1-2-1 and small group sessions are online via Zoom. Send me a message on the contact page and we can arrange a session.
You do not need to know anything about yoga to be able to participate in yoga therapy. We work together from wherever you are in your health journey.
Yoga Therapy looks different for each individual.
