“There is hope, even when your brain tells you there isn’t.” -John Green. Tell yourself that there is hope, there is hope, there is hope. In this act, your brain believes, and hope springs up inside of you.
Be observant and helpful, not only for others, but for yourself as well. Often you need to put your oxygen mask on first before helping others. That assures that you will be strong enough to help. Take care of your hurting, then help others.
“It’s okay to not be okay. Just don’t give up.” It is easy to feel that all hope is gone, but toss that idea out. Don’t give up. There is help for any kind of condition or feeling. Be kind to yourself while not feeling ok.
“If you truly love nature, you will find beauty everywhere.”
-Vincent Van Gogh 🌹 Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Open your eyes so you can see. ❤️ “Keep close to nature’s heart…and break clear away once in a while, and climb a mountain or spend a week in the woods. Wash your spirit clean.”
– John Muir Where do you escape to wash your spirit clean? “Everything in nature invites us constantly to be what we are.”
– Gretel Ehrich ❤️ Love what you are. ❤️ |
