The definition of yoga therapy @breathestillness is composed of five areas. They are needs, intent, co-creating, empowerment, forms.
Needs—individual needs are considered. Intent—you decide the direction you want your session to take. Co-creating—we work together. Empowerment—you are encouraged to find your own wisdom. Forms—we work with the breath, meditation and movement during sessions.
