“Every destination you visit leaves its own unique memory.” – unknown.
I traveled to Spain for a yoga retreat at Casa Mayor in the mountains of Malaga, Andalucía. I practiced yoga several times a day with my teachers, Michael and Camilla Balshaw @norfolkyogacentre, and the other members of my group. Every day I was challenged and excited to practice and learn. There was also time and space for reflection. I found myself filled with peace in a way that I hadn’t been before. It was a special yoga retreat with good friends, fantastic teachers, amazing food, beautiful surrounding areas that were peaceful and tranquil. The memory was so etched into my mind that I traveled back to Spain for two more yoga retreats. I will never forget them. “Every destination you visit leaves its own unique memory.” - unknown Where have you traveled, that captivated you and left its own unique memory?
