There are books called “Choose Your Own Adventures.” They have different scenarios that you choose at multiple places in the books.
The outcome or destination can have many endings depending on choices made. They are fun to read, noticing how the adventure changes with every reading. Our lives have more serious outcomes, where choices can make a real difference in our lives. We do walk our own path, understanding that no one else can walk it for us, however, support from others can be very important. Sometimes just knowing that someone cares, is listening, or just along for the journey can be validating and re-assuring. Yoga Therapy can empower you to make choices that are right for you.
