“The idea of leading from the heart is really just about caring about people in a way that supports their most fundamental needs. We have this need for connection, we have this need to grow, and to feel that what we do every day matters and is appreciated.” - Mark Crowley
Letting your heart lead and inform you about what and how you do something each day can make such a difference. A simple act, such as placing your hands over your heart and asking how it is today, can be a nourishing action. Your body responds to these gestures of love with an easing of tension and slowing down of the breath and heartbeat.
