It was an unexpected beginning—how the principles of yoga became my therapy.
It started after a very overwhelming and stressful day at work. I needed to clear my mind so I went for a walk in the village. My heart was beating fast and my body felt completely numb. My life was off course. Anxiety and panic threatened to take over. Where were the solutions that would give me relief? The wind was blowing and I felt like I would be carried away with it. It seemed to push me towards a sign about massage therapy and I decided to make an appointment. That was the beginning, which eventually led to yoga, me becoming a yoga therapist and starting a business. Have you ever experienced an unexpected beginning?
