An intention or starting point of a session could be: My shoulder hurts--l feel angry a lot—I’m tired all the time—After driving, my body aches—I feel like I am in motion all the time—I have panic attacks when I think of Covid—I am in so much pain. All of these intentions and more can be explored during a yoga therapy session.
