I am a yoga therapist! I love what I do! 💖
There is something so beautiful about watching a client explore and then discover ways to heal issues that are troubling them. I hold a space for that to happen using principles of yoga to help, such as meditation, breathing techniques and movement. Clients do not even need to know how to do yoga postures. 🧘🏼♀️ I am there to support them. When clients come to me in person or online, we assess their issue and its impact in their life. A way forward is decided and then implemented. Clients are encouraged to take a lead in that healing process. As a yoga therapist, I am a guide. Clients are empowered to take control of their lives in a sensitive way, that is unique to them and their circumstances. Insight is sought for and applied. Growth is felt and seen. The process can be compared to the bud of a flower whose petals are tightly woven, then gradually open up into to a beautiful, vibrant flower, loose and alive. 🌸 I love being a yoga therapist! 💖💖💖
